The Vickers hardness tester can meet the basic Vickers hardness tester test requirements. The 7-inch LCD touch screen can provide more measurement data.
Main functions and features:
1、The optical system designed by the optical engineer not only has a clear image, but also can be used as a simple microscope, with adjustable brightness, comfortable vision, and not easy to fatigue after long-term operation;
2、The 7-inch touch screen can display test method, test force, upper and lower limits of hardness value, measuring indentation length, hardness value, test force holding time, measuring times and can type year, month, date, test result and data processing etc.
3、 The system has its own calibration function, each test force can manually adjust the input error calibration instrument;
4、Optical system brightness adjustable range :0-100;
5、 It can store up to 100 sets of test data and display the average value and test times data in the main interface.
6、 A test force unit can be manually selected to convert each other in (Kgf,N)
7、 At the same time, the main interface can display 4 conversion scales and can switch: national standard, American standard and international standard, a total of 18 measurement scales can be converted: HRA、HRB、HRC、HRD、HRE、HRF、HRG、HRH、HRK、HR15N、HR30N、HR45N、HR15T、HR30T、HR45T、HV、HK、HBW;.
