HMP-1BC is a single-disc automatic vacuum polishing machine integrating pre-grinding, grinding and polishing. Equipped with vacuum components and vacuum suction cups, it is specialized in grinding and polishing products such as wafers, lenses, glass, etc., which are not easy to embed. It is controlled by touch screen with single chip microcomputer technology. The grinding and polishing disk is driven by DC brushless motor, V belt is driven, the grinding head is driven by stepping motor, and the synchronous belt is driven with stable rotation, low noise and long service life. According to the user''s needs, the rotating speed of the grinding head and the grinding and polishing disc can be adjusted, the pressure can be set, and the sample preparation time can be set to meet different needs. With lighting system, it is convenient to take and place samples; With its own cooling device, it can cool the sample during grinding, so as to prevent the metallographic structure from being damaged due to overheating of the sample.
