The digital automatic turret type Vickers hardness tester is a high-tech product that integrates optics, mechanics, and electronics. It adopts a closed-loop loading control system, with high testing force accuracy, good repeatability and stability of indication values. The instrument adopts a brand new high-resolution display screen, with intuitive and clear display, convenient operation, and energy-saving mode. Equipped with a digital micrometer eyepiece, there is no need to look up tables or input indentation diagonals. The test force, indentation length, holding time, measurement times, conversion scale, and date time are displayed intuitively on the screen. During operation, simply measure the indentation and press the eyepiece button to automatically calculate the hardness value and display it on the screen. The hardness test results are saved in real-time and printed out, automatically calculating larger, smaller, and average values.
This machine can be equipped with a Vickers measurement system: it can perform successive experiments with each loading and each indentation reading. The use of a CCD camera for easy observation allows for direct observation and measurement of indentation on the display. The measurement accuracy is high with a mouse, avoiding manual measurement errors. For setting test conditions, displaying results, etc., it can be operated and displayed clearly and quickly. Through measurement software, computers can be used for easy operation, achieving single point measurement. Multiple points can be randomly measured and measurement data can be statistically analyzed. The distance between two or more measurement points can be arbitrarily set for infiltration layer depth measurement, and measurement data can be measured and statistically analyzed in both X or Y directions. The hardening layer depth can be automatically calculated based on the judgment value entered by the user. Statistical calculations, conversions, and curve display can be used to determine whether it is qualified. The length of the measurable parts can be saved and printed.
Software features
Hardening curve: The user manually enters the depth of the test point, and the software automatically draws the hardening curve and calculates the depth of the hardening layer. For convenience, users can save multiple depth points to template files for testing purposes;
Conversion, correction, and effective verification of hardness values: The system can convert the measured micro Vickers hardness values into other hardness values such as HB, HR, etc;
Can correct the measured values of spherical cylindrical samples; Can effectively verify the measured values of the sample;
Data statistics: Automatically calculate the average, variance, Cp, Cpk, and other statistical values of measured hardness;
Automatic alarm: Automatically mark the upper and lower limit values exceeded;
Test report: Automatically generate Word or Excel document reports; Users can customize report formats; The standard format includes each individual hardness measurement value, statistical value, indentation image, and hardening curve;
Data storage: The original measurement data and measurement images can be saved in one document;
Knoop hardness and fracture toughness: The software can be set to measure Knoop hardness or fracture toughness;
Other functions: including general functions such as image capture, video capture, image processing, geometric dimension measurement, document annotation, album management, and scaling printing.
