W-B75/B Wechsler hardness tester is a portable hardness tester operated by one hand, which can be used to test the hardness of soft brass and other materials quickly in the field. The test is quick, simple, one card can, hardness value read out directly.
Main functions and features:
1、 Wechsler hardness meter is suitable for testing profiles, pipes and plates, especially for quick, non-destructive qualified inspection of product hardness at production site, sales site or construction site. ;
2、 Standard hardness block tested by standard hardness machine，；
3、 Wechsler hardness values can be converted into commonly used Vickers, Rockwell, Brinell hardness and tensile strength values；
Main uses and scope of application：
1. Determine whether the workpiece has heat treatment, check the heat treatment effect
2.Determines whether the workpiece is made of an inappropriate alloy
3. Too long, overweight workpieces or assemblies that are not easily accessible to the laboratory
