Main functions and features：

1. Glow wire tester is divided into two parts: test chamber and temperature control box. working principle：

1. The test box is divided into two parts, the left part is the combustion chamber, and the right part is the control room. After the test piece is mounted on the fixture, it is driven by the motor and can be driven left and right and automatically controlled during the test.

2. The glow wire is fixed, and the test car is moved to the right to the hot wire, and the trolley is pulled by the heavy hammer to maintain the pressure for 1 Newton. And limited position mechanism, limiting the penetration depth to 7mm.

3. The glow wire application time (Ta) is preset by the digital display time relay.

4. The light-off time (Ti) is measured by the digital display time relay and controlled by the button.

5. The flame extinction time (Te) is measured by the digital display time relay and controlled by the button. The temperature control box adopts the adjustment of the glow wire current to accurately control the temperature of the glow wire by the temperature controller. The temperature controller and the thermocouple are imported products with high measurement accuracy and high reliability.
