The leakage tracking tester is suitable for conducting electrical tracking test on electrical and electronic products, household appliances and their materials. It is possible to induce leakage current on the insulator between simulated parts with different polarities or between live parts and grounded metal parts. The relative tracking resistance of the insulator under the action of an electric field and water containing impurities at a specified voltage is measured and evaluated. This equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national standard GB4706.1 "Safety of household and similar electrical appliances - Part 1: General requirements".
Basic introduction:
1、Leakage tracking test (electric trace index test) is a simulation test project specified by IEC60112, UL 746A, GB/T4207, GB4706.1 ASTM D 3638-92 and other standards.
2、The leakage tracking test (electric trace index test) is to apply a certain voltage between the platinum electrodes of the specified size (2mm × 5mm) on the surface of the solid insulating material and to set the height (35mm) at a predetermined time (30s). A drop volume of conductive liquid (0.1% NH 4 CL) is used to evaluate the leakage resistance of a solid insulating material surface under the combined action of an electric field and a wet or contaminated medium. The electrical tracking index (CT1) and electrical tracking resistance are measured. Index (PT1).
3、Leakage tracking tester (electric trace index tester) is suitable for research, production and quality inspection departments of lighting equipment, low-voltage electrical appliances, household appliances, machine tools, electrical machinery, electric tools, electronic instruments, electrical instruments, information technology equipment.
