The needle flame tester is suitable for conducting fire hazard tests and combustion performance tests on electrical and electronic products, household appliances and their materials. Simulate the small flame generated by the product under fault conditions and assess the fire hazard and flame retardancy of the product or material. The tester is designed and manufactured according to the relevant provisions of the national standard GB/T5169.5 "Electrical and electronic products fire hazard test Part 2: Test method Part II: Needle flame test".
The point is that the control system has a high degree of automation, high reliability of key components, digital display time, three-dimensional adjustment of the fixture, automatic control of the test program, independent air extraction, convenient observation and recording, stable and reliable.
Main functions and features：
The needle flame tester is a simulation test project specified in the No. 1 Amendment (1994-03) of IEC60695-2008, GB5169, and IEC60695-2-2.
The needle flame tester uses a needle-shaped burner of a specified size (Φ0.9mm), with a specific gas (butane or propane), and directionalally ignites the sample at an angle of 45°, depending on whether the test piece and the ignition bedding layer are Ignition and holding time and length of combustion are used to assess the risk of fire from small flames inside the equipment due to fault conditions.
